THIS Friday Group Lunch & Games

For Group Lunch & Games (THIS FRIDAY)
10.26.2012

We have also had to come up with a Plan B in anticipation of Friday's colder weather.  Instead of having a school-wide picnic, we will do the following:

11:00 - 11:30 - Grades K-2 will have organized games outside on the black top.  Kindergarten will be on the blacktop in front of the playground 1st and 2nd grade will be by the basketball hoops.  We will need parent volunteers to help Student Council with these activities.

11:15-11:35 - Grades 6th - 8th will be able to picnic on the stage area as well as use the basketball court for games.  Student Council will help organize the games.

11:35-11:55 - Grades K-2 will picnic together in the gym with a movie shown on the wall of the stage. Parents are welcome to send blankets for their students to relax on while enjoying their indoor picnic.

11:50 - 12:20 - Grades 3-5 will have organized games outside on the black top by the basketball hoops. We will need parent volunteers to help Student Council with these activities.

12:00 - 12:20 - Grades 9-12 will be able to picnic on the stage area as well as use the basketball court for games.  Student Council will help organize the games.

12:20 - 12:40 - Grades 3-5 will picnic together in the gym with a movie shown on the wall of the stage. Parents are welcome to send blankets for their students to relax on while enjoying their indoor picnic.

ALL lunches will be served in the GYM NOT THE ELEMENTARY COMMONS. We will send an email out on Thursday explaining the traffic flow.

If you ordered a school lunch a sack lunch will be provided. You do not need to bring one from home in this case

We hope this will be a fun way to enjoy lunch time!
